I believe in the power of talk therapy. Often, though, we need to physically express our emotions through movement and action. Why not bring the best of both worlds together: dialogue and dance, conversation and creative movement?

Every session will be approximately 60 minutes. A portion of the time will be traditional counseling and a portion will include movement. The movement prescription will be collaboratively determined based on the client’s needs and wellness goals. It might include yoga-style movement, upbeat dance fitness, strength or calisthenics, or simply body-based mindfulness practice. The purpose of this integrative counseling-fitness approach is to literally and figuratively move through obstacles and become one’s best self.
